Will have primary responsibility for providing daily HVAC support to the Engineering Department, and other HVAC staff that involves the daily operation and maintenance of the chilled water systems, hot water and associated systems for the Mall/Food Court, Opera House and Lexington Center complex. Ability to plan, coordinate, assign and if needed, supervise staff to lead them to be successful and accomplish all goals necessary.
This candidate needs to be quick on their feet and be able to solve any situations that may arise. The ideal candidate must be able to perform all duties within the department and will work within a teamcentered environment. Two years of cooking experience in an institutional or large scale commercial setting required. Vocational training in food services will substitute for the experience on a year-for-year basis.
