Maintenance Technician II Semi-skilled trades maintenance worker needed to perform a variety of routine and minor maintenance, repair and construction tasks including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, electrical repairs and landscaping. Performs daily tasks involving inspection and repair of carpentry, appliances, plumbing and electrical devices, utilizing a wide range of tools. Requirements include skill in use of common hand tools, ability to follow oral and written communications, and to communicate in writing. Must perform moderately heavy manual work.
