MIXES FOR SWEET PASTRIES READY TO BAKE

Sweet (sugar) craving is a big problem to basically everyone, especially to those on a special diet. It is hard to withstand, but it is possible, by eating the right food and stopping bad habits. The key is to hold balance in the intake of the macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates and fat) and not to let overload daily meals with starch and carbohydrate. Eating too much carbohydrate (in the form of sugar, or pasta and dough made from wheat flour) will lead to a blood sugar spike and crash. Those calories are absorbed fast, and don’t keep us feeling full or satisfied. Consuming food that also contains a portion of good protein (especially from vegan source) helps in satiety, and prevents blood sugar spikes and drops. Special diets (ketogen, paleo, diabetes) have accurate regulations for the daily intake of macronutrients, especially carbohydrates. We have developed flour mixes for sweet pastries, cookies and meals that are not only certified gluten-free, but have natural ingredients (no artificial coloring, flavouring agents, preservatives or emulgeants) alone. Meanwhile, - thanks to their seed flour content - they generally are low on carbohydrates, but high in vegan protein*, that enhances the total nutritional value of the final food, and most of the mixes* fit in the trendy but strict diets.

The pastries from our mixes are delicious and can be made quickly. They come with proven recipes and stepby-step instructions. As sweeteners we use erythritol and steviol - if at all. The add-ins are easy to supply.
