May 9 - Employee Engagement

Statistics show that engaged employees are more productive, motivated, and committed to the organization’s success. We will analyze employee engagement at every stage of the employee life cycle and provide tips and tools for fostering employee engagement, starting with attraction through to departure.

May 19 - Leadership Basics

This training will provide new and tenured leaders with the tools and skills needed to become effective leaders. We will compare different leadership styles, assess the essential qualities of a great leader, and discuss the differences between a manager and a leader.

These breakfast workshops will be held on the above dates from 7:30 to 9:00 am downstairs at the Granite Steak & Grill. Cost is $25.00/person for each workshop.
