SEACOAST CHAMBERS PARTNER WITH STATE ON COVID-19 MEASURES Present a

The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, along with The Chamber Collaborative, Greater Dover, Exeter Area, Hampton Area and The Falls Chambers of Commerce, are partnering with the State and each other to assist with business needs and recovery efforts amid COVID-19. Working together to help our business communities, each we will develop the following programs: Seacoast Safe program to support Seacoast businesses and increase consumer confidence.

Seacoast Landing Page will aid Seacoast businesses in COVID-19 recovery and preparation for the future through a one-stop web page. Seacoast Economic Recovery Program to assist small business owners that are in need of help during the COVID-19 recovery period. Seacoast Destination Marketing campaign will mitigate the negative impact of COVID-19 on businesses. The tourism industry was the hardest hit industry in New Hampshire by COVID-19 and the campaign is focused to bring tourism to the region to help rejuvenate those businesses affected.

Seacoast Workforce Development Program –Seacoast region towns and cities were among some of the hardest hit in the state in terms of unemployment when the COVID-19 pandemic began. The program is designed to respond to the effects COVID-19 has had on the region’s workforce.

State Senate & State Representative Candidates Forum Monday, October 19, 2020 6:00-8:00 pm

Virtually via Zoom

The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce and Rochester Listens will present a Candidates Forum for candidates seeking election or re-election to the NH House of Representatives representing Rochester and the State Senate-District 6 race. This is an opportunity for the public to learn about the candidates and where they stand, as they answer questions from a media panel on various state issues. This forum will be held virtually via Zoom. Questions may be submitted by email prior to the forum at events@rochesternh.org or during the forum using the Zoom chat feature.
