Hell on Wheels is now in it’s 11th year. Hard to believe we have lasted this long, physically and mentally. It’s been one hell of a ride for sure. From the first year, thrown at a local brewery here in Atlanta, to the many great years at the studios of Hot Pan Productions, Inc., aka Garage71 and Grease Inc., to making some growth decisions, Hell on Wheels ends it’s road travels to one of the best locations, the Ghost Town of Angel City in Unadilla, Georgia. Each year, we have been courted by some amazing builders, artists, musicians, and spectators, which is what Hell on Wheels is all about. We have been supported by an eclectic mix of some unique vendors and some amazing sponsors. We do our very best at Hell on Wheels to give back to our kulture. We go out of the way to create a good time with emphasis on music and good times. We incorporate our version of a Car and Bike Show unlike any other. We include the builders in both the judging and the trophy building portion of our show. Just because you spent way too much on your ride, doesn’t mean you are going to receive a trophy at our show. We look a lot deeper than the shiney paint job and chrome. Not only do we have fun at our show, our trophies are all hand built by the builders and we pass down the “Stanley Cup” of trophy building to the next builder to take home the Master Trophy Trophy. We include the ladies with our infamous “Rag Doll” search each year. This year, we are working on something completely new and different. We have ladies travel from all around the country to participate with attendance coast to coast. This is the event where all the ladies come out dressed to the nines. Guys, don’t be shy, as it is a true Americana show in style, so come dressed in your vintage western wear or your daily greaser attire. We are real, and living life real is what it’s about! We have packed four days with some serious entertainment and activities. You never know what we come up with until we reveal it all on social media and the week of the show. Just know it is always a great time. We look forward to your support and participation at whatever level it may be this year. This is year 11, and it’s gonna be a blow out!
The following pages provide detailed information for both vendors and sponsorships. We creatively construct packages that give back to our contributors. We construct simple vendor packets to detailed sponsor packets, many of which give back on an annual basis. This is not just your average show. We power a town. We provide entertainment for 4 days. We clean the property each and every night providing your the best experience you can imagine. There is the Angel City Saloon with the Devil Girls providing libations all week long. We have an in town supply store for campsite needs so you really don’t need to run anywhere, unless you just feel like dealing with real life. The town is set up in a crucifix with the main stage in the center of town. We have two full service restautants on site featuring BBQ and a full grill. There is even a made to order pizza location that is open LATE night for those snacks! Throughout town are shops with eclectic vendors who travel nationwide. It is always our goal to bring unique vendors that have not been to our area providing something new and fresh while also continuing to support brands and artists that have supported us through all the years. Our sponsors are engaged in our lifestyle. From brands to products, the sponsors we approach are here because we seek them out or they have enjoyed years of great times with us, not only at Hell on Wheels, but many other events nationwide. Grease Inc. and Garage71 have become international brands. From product features to models across the pond, our brands have enjoyed over a decade of good times with our kulture and lifestyle.
