• Membership represents over 21,000 families and jobs in the workforce • Hosted over 60 business development events including 15+ business educational programs • Annual membership events attendance: 2,500 • Maintained 86.99% retention and represent 500 current members • Provided over 300 volunteer hours and supported five partnered events in the community • Raised $250,000 through development and membership activity • Visited over 400 members (80%) in one day through Operation Thank You in March • Back to School: Supplies Drive in May • First Responders Appreciation Efforts in June • $2,000 support to Hunger Free MISD in October

• Continue to creatively adapt to new environment and provide value to GHC members • Continue efforts to maintain Hewitt’s reputation as a desirable city to live/visit • Create specific Executive Committee member descriptions • Continue execution of Operation Thank You • Implement Ambassador Training Program from 2020 • Promote scholarship donations year-round
LONG TERM GOALS: 2021–2025
• Continue to increase Building Fund • Continue strengthening relationships and service to City of Hewitt • Maintain current staff and continue to grow • Scholarship Endowment Program Implementation • 700 membership by 2025 • Discuss specific month for renewals and implement a prorated structure • $15,000 Scholarship Fund by 2025 and $20,000 by 2030
