Our aim is to deliver within five working days of receipt of order, subject to availability, although please allow up to 14 days. Out of stock items may take up to 28 days. Our mainland UK delivery charge is only £3.95. We can ship to most overseas destinations. Please call us FREE on 0800 0234 289 for a cost estimate. Postage on orders to British Forces Post Offices will be charged at the rate charged to us by the BFPO.

Returns and refunds
Pricing and vat
If for any reason you would like to return goods, please return it to us within 30 days. We cannot exchange/refund goods purchased over 30 days or before which have been used, washed or damaged. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights. With the exception of faulty goods, return postage, packing, insurance and direct costs cannot be refunded. We try to process returns as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 21 days. Where an item to be returned is a gift, a credit note will be offered to purchase alternate goods to the same value.
All prices are subject to change. Prices are correct as of 09/11. Please note, we are unable to refund VAT on overseas orders.
Environmental policy In addition to offering ethical products we also endeavour to use recycled packaging, and print all promotional collateral on 100% recycled or FSC material.
