For a new logo you can try logomyway.com; it is just one of many what they call "crowdsourced" sites. Logomyway has a network of graphic designers who submit logos in a contest to win the prize you offer. They generally have a minimum price/ prize you can offer. The more you offer the more designers will want to "win” and submit designs, but you can might get 75+ designs to choose from if you offer $275 or something in that range.
