Local Businesswomen Invited To Thrive Empowerment Day
Event Set June 10 At Link Hills Country Club
A special event aimed at local businesswomen is being planned Saturday, June 10, at Link Hills Country Club.
Called Thrive Empowerment Day, the event will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will feature a variety of informational talks on topics of interest to female business leaders.
The topics will include:
• Financial Freedom;
• the Aging Family;
• Skin Care;
• Health and Fitness;
• Dance and Meditation;
• Self Defense;
• Dress for Success;
• Professional Headshots;
• Women in the Workplace;
• Resume Writing, and

ANDREW JOHNSON WOMEN’S CLUB MEETING
The Andrew Johnson Women’s Club Executive Board will meet Tuesday, May 30, at 10:30 a.m., at the clubhouse. All board members are urged to attend.
BEWLEY’S CHAPEL SUPPER
Bewley’s Chapel Church, 1733 Bewley’s Chapel Road, will have a supper this Friday, May 26, at 6 p.m. The menu will consist of chicken alfredo, salad, green beans, dessert and drink. Cost is free, but donations will be accepted.
BIBLES CHAPEL CEMETERY DECORATION
Bibles Chapel Cemetery at Midway will have decoration of graves this weekend, May 27-28.
CEDAR CREEK CEMETERY DECORATION
Decoration of graves will be held the weekend of June 3-4 at Cedar Creek Cemetery. Donations for cemetery maintenance are appreciated and can be made at the cemetery or mailed directly to the treasurer Wanda Crum, 3650 Cedar Creek Road, Greeneville, TN 37743. Flowers, outside the gravestone vase, should be removed by Sunday, June 11.
CROSS ANCHOR CEMETERY
DECORATION
Decoration of graves will be held at Cross Anchor Cemetery this weekend, May 27-28. All donations for the upkeep of the cemetery are appreciated. Trustees request that flowers and decorations be removed within seven days so mowing can resume.
HERMON CHURCH CEMETERY
DECORATION
Decoration of graves will be held this Saturday and Sunday, May 27-28, at Hermon Methodist Church Cemetery, located on the 107 Cutoff. Donations for the upkeep of the cemetery are appreciated.
