HOW TO MAKE AN ORIGAMI WHALE A

Start with a square piece of paper.

Fold and unfold.

Fold side corners to center, unfold.

Fold side corners to center from the top, unfold.

Fold in half horizontally to precrease only on the ends.

Pinch the right side and collapse to the center along diagonal folds.

Fold the flap up.

Repeat for left side to finish the ‘whale base’.

HOW TO MAKE AN ORIGAMI WINDMILL 90

A

Start with a square piece of paper. Fold in half and unfold.

Fold left and right edges to the center, unfold and rotate 90º.

Fold left and right edges again to the centre.

Open the corners and fold forward along the dashed lines.

Fold the flaps, aligning them vertically with the centre.

Separate the sheets of paper to allow wind inside.

Continued. Fold upwards to squash fold.

Rotate 180º and repeat previous two steps.
