WELCOME Welcome to Your Home Away From Home Welcome to Green Tee Living, our home away from home in the beautiful town of Marietta. This welcome book is intended to help you get acquainted with the area and our home. We are only a 20-minute drive from the new Atlanta Braves stadium & only a 30-minute drive to downtown Atlanta. You will have the comfort of three levels in our townhouse: main level living room and down a few stairs to kitchen, dining area, half bath, and laundry area. Upstairs are two bedrooms with each having its own private, quaint bathroom. Private parking in front of townhouse. Along with our area guide you'll also find everything you need to know about our home. From air conditioning to the heated pool. You will find a bound copy of this guide in the home, which you are welcome to take out with you during your stay so you needn't print this out. Your housing We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay. Shampoo and hair dryer and are provided as standard and a washing machine and dryer is available so that you donâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t have to worry about luggage restrictions. Our philosophy You want to have a wonderful stay and we want that for you too. We believe that when you are here this is your home for however long you are staying and that you will be relaxed, comfortable and happy. Welcome to our humble abode!

If there is any loss of service please contact us. ACCESS CODES / INSTRUCTIONS Due to the sensitive nature of this information we will email or text access codes separately. CHECK-IN TIME Check-in time is 3pm. We can sometimes arrange an early check-in so please contact us if you will arrive early and we'll do our best, without any promises! We suggest you refer to the section on what to do if you arrive early - there is plenty to keep you entertained! DRIVING DIRECTIONS If you are arriving via car and have a GPS / SatNav system in the car, please use [1294 Green Tee Dr., Marietta, GA]. If you do not have a GPS device, you can find us by [add driving directions]. PARKING Parking is provided on site for two cars; driveway is in front of townhouse.

DEPARTURE INFORMATION CHECK-OUT PROCESS When you leave, please ensure the following simple tasks are done: - take the rubbish out to the bins - ensure the air-conditioning or heat (depending on time of year) is set to 55Fâ&#x20AC;¨ - place all used towels/linen on top of washing machine - there is no need to taken linen off of beds - lock the houseâ&#x20AC;¨ - please take time to write a review with Airbnb We hope you had a wonderful stay and wish you safe travels back home. We'd love to see you again! CHECK-OUT TIME Check-out time is strictly 11am. Should you require a later check-out we will do our best but you need to let us know beforehand. If we have guests arriving that day it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests. CLEANING You will find the house clean on arrival but please let us know if you are not satisfied. After you depart our cleaners will perform that for the next guest. If you need a cleaning service during your stay, please let us know and we will arrange this. An extra payment will apply. On departure it would be helpful if you could leave the house (particularly kitchen contents) clean and tidy when you leave. No need for you to perform a full clean!

ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION APPLIANCE INSTRUCTIONS / INFORMATION AIR CONDITIONING Our home has the benefit of central air conditioning. You will find a panel on the left wall upstairs right before entering the bedrooms. Please ensure that all windows and outside doors are closed while the AC is running to ensure it operate to maximum efficiency. We recommend a setting of 72F which we find keeps the place sufficiently cool. CENTRAL HEATING Our home has a central heating system. You will find a panel on the left wall upstairs right before entering the bedrooms. We recommend a setting of 72F which we find keeps the place sufficiently warm. FIREPLACE Our home has a fireplace which is off limits to our guests. Please do not use the fireplace. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT The kitchen is equipped with a gas range, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee/tea keurig. There is also a garbage disposal â&#x20AC;&#x201C; switch is located on wall to right of sink. The Dishwasher: Please do not use the dishwasherl The Fridge/freezer: You should not need to adjust any settings. If you run into any difficulties (e.g. it's not cooling efficiently) please let us know.

LAUNDRY APPLIANCES We have a washer and separate dryer located in the utility room/powder room next to the kitchen. There is a supply of detergent for your use. To operate the machines, simply select the program you want, place the detergent in the tray, close the door, and hit start. If in any doubt there are instructions next to the machines. SECURITY / ALARM INFORMATION The property has an alarm which will be disabled during your stay. Please do not try to set the alarm or tamper with it at all.

ENJOYING YOUR TIME INSIDE BREAKAGES We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you! Apple TV The Apple TV is not for guest use. Please do not use it, touch it, move it, or tamper with it in any way. TELEVISION / DVD SYSTEM The main living area has a smart TV for you entertaining pleasure.

OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION BED LINEN / TOWELS Extra linen and towels are located in the hall linen closet outside of the bedrooms. GARBAGE DISPOSAL & RECYCLING Please place all garbage in the trashbin located outside in front of the house. We do not recycle.
