1. Increase corporate engagement/responsibility around innovation in supplier diversity strategies to foster economic inclusion. 2. Increase and strengthen MBA pipeline. 3. Develop a strategy to more effectively serve the needs of the Hispanic business community. 4. Provide ongoing Diversity & Inclusion instruction/best practices education (tool kit, webinars, conference calls, summit, etc.) to help Investors become more effective in their Diversity & Inclusion efforts. 5. Champion Network for Southern Economic Mobility initiative. 6. Expand efforts to ensure that Chamber programs, events and experiences better reflect the diversity of the Greenville community.
