Green Walls - Services Recommendations and counseling In order to plant a vertical garden, the first step we need to make is to visit the location where the client wants the plant wall arrangement, analyzing the microclimate and any other factors that may influence the vertical garden. We offer on-site consulting regarding installation and maintenance. The communication with the customer is essential for the success of the project.
Design After visiting the location, the Green Walls Romania team will help you with the next important step: choosing the plants. Each vertical garden may contain a great variety of plants, in different colors and dimensions. In choosing suitable plants for each location we need to take into account both the aesthetic criteria, as well as the specific physical conditions. In order to create the visual impact expected Green Walls Romania can recommend a number of plants appropriate for each location, the inspiration coming from their natural environment.
Setup The next step after analyzing and measuring the space, choosing plants and establishing the project design, is the actual setup of the vertical garden. Green Walls will install the modular vertical containers – the base structure of the arrangement – according to the measurements previously established. Out team will also install the irrigation system useful especially for large vertical gardens. The next step is the actual planting and arranging of the plants, creating a visually pleasant and refreshing vertical garden.

FAQ What system to use? Green Walls Romania uses modular vertical pockets to create living walls of any size, indoors and out. The system is custom made and can come in different colors and dimensions. It is also eco-friendly, using 100% recycled plastic bottles (PET). The Green Walls Romania vertical system is made of an impermeable material with three layers: - inner layer allowing water to be evenly distributed throughout the pockets; - acrylic fabric – it gives structural strength; - waterproof outer layer.
What about the real walls? Aren’t they affected by the water? The system is waterproof, conserving the water and keeping it in the pockets, thus protecting the walls from moisture, condensation and mold.
How about watering? For larger installations we recommend drip irrigation for automatic watering. Green Walls Romania can recommend and install the suitable irrigation system
