2009 marks the 10th year that the Greggy girl® brand has caught the eye of hip moms and girly girls as the name to turn to for a first look at emerging trends. Ten years young and this label is hotter than ever. Girls flock to the Greggy Girl® collection...and it’s no wonder since greggy girl® designs rule the red carpet as well as the playground. The 2009 Fashions & Style Honors Board has nominated Charlene May, The Chief Creative Director of Greggy girl® as one of this years “Most Influental Fashion and Style Contributor” in the childrens fashion Industry. Greggy girl® has been tagged as personality defining, and was chosen by about.com as “The Number One Line Every Cool Mom Should Know” and usually hits the season trend boards as it was featured in Fahion Snoops in August 08 as hot trends for the season. In 2007 the brand was also humbled and honored to be one of 3 children’s brands nominated for the 2007 Earnie Award for Girl’s Sportswear 4-6X. The “Chief Creative Greggy Girl,” Charlene May, is proud that her passion and love for the industry for the past decade is paying off. The company boasts a coveted clientele of specialty stores and department stores, emerging as a lifestyle brand asked for by the unique name, making one “Google,” “What is a Greggy Girl?” Most recently, in June 2009, Charlene May was proud to be appointed to the Board of Advisors for Hudson’s Childrenswear Review.
