BODY WORK Fancy a baby blue and white camper? Maybe a sage green and pastel white or how about pearl Lamborghini orange? Our in house paint and body work technicians will help you achieve whatever colour scheme you can dream of. All work is carried out in our purpose built body shop with low bake spray oven and is guaranteed for 12 months.

SODA BLASTING +£1495.00
Soda blasting is a great optional extra, the process removes all exterior rust, paint and filler. This process reveals a “naked” shell to make for a show winning quality paint job. This is the best way to protect the body work from the elements and incorporates an acid etch rust prevention primer.

ENGINE As standard our full rebuilds have a new 1600cc unleaded engine with a 12 month manufactures warranty. This engine will produce 52 BHP with 86.6ft lb of torque and return 22mpg combined. New clutch, heating system, exhaust and ancillaries are all replaced with new as standard.

A slightly larger engine size than stock with a set of twin carbs will increase bottom end torque, power is up to 60 BHP and MPG is 22MPG Combined.

The Type 4 2ltr is the largest aircooled engine produced by VW. Power is up to 80BHP with good bottom and midrange torque returning 2224MPG.
Our most advanced upgrade option, a modern water-cooled 2ltr engine giving 50% more power than the 2ltr air-cooled option and 50% better MPG with a huge increase in Torque making the driving experience effortless and enjoyable.

The entire cooling system is fitted under the chassis to retain its classic look without the need for a front mounted radiator.
GEARBOX, BRAKES & WHEELS Colour coded wheels with genuine white wall tyres and chrome VW hub caps come as standard on your rebuild and give your camper the classic look. We can lower your camper to improve handling and to ensure it will fit in a standard UK garage.

INTERIORS Real attention to detail goes into our interiors, choose from 2 different layouts with various wood or high gloss finishes. As standard you get a deluxe compact kitchen unit with a stainless steel Smev cooker, sink with pumped running water, a 3 way fridge and cutlery draw. Low voltage led spot light and led down lights provide the lighting, whilst a high power leisure battery with charging system and 240v mains hook up take care of the electrics.

Full length units are available offering more storage space and a classic look. However this limits the seating in the rear to 2 seats with seat belts.
