Introduction to Whole Body Exercise

Beginner Fitness Level

This class allows participants to perform fundamental movement that is comfortable yet challenging and safe. The class teaches participants how to exercise with little to no equipment and is designed for the beginner exerciser. Class activities will gradually increase in intensity and complexity to improve the participant’s fitness level.

CLASS SCHEDULE at Red Tail Hawk

Minimum of 2 people and a Maximum of 6 people

Hau’pal Red Tail Hawk Health Center: On the outside pergola space, patio on the northeast side of the building

March 7th - April 13th

6 weeks / 12 classes

Tuesdays & Thursdays 1:15 pm - 2:00 pm
