We live this life called ranching day in and day out. There may be a misconception that we are a “show only” cattle operation. We love the show cattle and the industry surrounded by it because we feel eye appeal and functionality go hand in hand with balance and correctness. We want the same soundness that makes cattle walk with ease and poise in the show ring as we do in the pasture so they can travel to water and hold up through the years and toil of raising calves and being a brood cow. We like cattle that perform, not just for a fat steer on the end of a lead rope, but for the fat steer in the feedlot. We select for pretty udders, fleshing ability and soundness, because we like looking at the cattle in the pasture. Griswold Cattle is based in Stillwater and Poteau, OK. We know what it’s like to have a sale in both the catalog printed, everything clipped and looking their best setting, to running a set through the sale barn, to having a buyer come look at our calves. We know firsthand the pressure of one day being a make it or break it for your family and your operation. We expect our cattle to work in our program and yours, we depend upon it, and we take it to the highest calling knowing you depend upon it. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice. • Provide a physical address for shipping…semen CANNOT be shipped to a post office box. • All orders will be shipped from Reproduction Enterprises, Inc. (REI), Stillwater, OK, in vapor shippers. Although these tanks are designed to keep semen frozen for up to two weeks, please transfer semen from vapor shipper to storage tank as soon as possible to avoid any unforeseen problems. • Return call tags will be issued by REI.
