Terms of Sale :

 Cash or good check is due on sale day.

 For cattle purchased by sale staff or Cowbuyer, full payment is due within 5 business days of the sale. Payments should be completed as follows: Oakfield Corners Dairy 3650 Batavia-Elba Townline Rd. Oakfield, NY 14125

 Invoices will be emailed and/or mailed immediately.

 Buyers assume all liability upon purchase. For cattle not paid on sale day, buyers are encouraged to purchase an insurance policy or hold sellers harmless.

 Partners reserve the right to bid on all partnership consignments.

IVF Sessions:

• Buyer is purchasing the rights to IVF sessions from the donor dam.

• Buyer is guaranteed a minimum of 8 #1 and/or #2 embryos and keeps all resulting embryos from the IVF sessions

• Embryo grades are determined by IVF lab at the time of transfer or freezing as determined by the buyer

• Buyer is responsible for all costs of IVF sessions and mating sires

ET Choices:

• 35% due on sale day

• 65% upon selection at 4 months of age based on youngest calf born

• Buyer is guaranteed at least two live, healthy calves to choose from. If there is only one calf born from the choice, the buyer is entitled to full refund of payment.

• Seller is entitled to $10/day board after 4 months of age

• Calves will be genomic/parentage tested and registered

Embryos:

• Embryos are the result of sexed or female sorted semen and were produced at TransOva.

• Embryos are sold on a per embryo basis

• Buyer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs

• The seller will transfer ownership to the buyer

• Embryos will not be released until complete settlement is made

• Buyer assumes all risk and reward
