2022 has been a special year, marking the 40th anniversary of the founding of Groth Vineyards & Winery. It has been a time for thanksgiving and reflection, and for celebrating the notion that our family-owned winery extends beyond the Groth family to encompass the many dedicated people who have worked with us over the past four decades.
When Groth was in its infancy our winery had just seven employees. Everyone brought their kids and families (and dogs!) into the vineyard and cellars, and we all worked together, doing whatever jobs and tasks needed to be done. Together we built not just a winery but a wine brand. Through our wines, Groth has found its way to the tables of many other families around the world as part of countless birthdays, anniversaries, family dinners and holiday gatherings.
Our 2022 holiday catalog is a tribute to Groth’s extended family of employees, past and present. We are humbled and grateful this talented, dedicated team shares our family’s commitment to our land and our craft.
