Children and Young People with Riverside • Working with disengaged young people on the Botcherby Estate, Carlisle, to reconnect them with their community • Working in partnership with Neighbourhood Teams to engage and support young people • Enabling young people to engage in and influence improvement programmes

Employment and Skills with Fabrick • Developing a Green Team – social enterprise to undertake garden / home / estate maintenance and improvements • Focusing on employing local people through work programmes • Working with Fabrick and Middlesbrough College to engage apprenticeships and to upskill team members

Green Economy with Homes for Northumberland • Delivering Green Doctors to Residents, looking at saving money and keeping in the heat • Programme of simple energy efficiency measures and advice • Post installation advice and support to residents • 100/200 homes at approx. £125 per house
Health and Well Being with Three Rivers • Green Living, delivered in sheltered accommodation sites with target groups e.g. people aged 50+ • Engaged residents in improvements within the shelter grounds • Improving and utilising the space for use by all residents e.g. creating vegetable plots or sensory gardens, gentle exercise and SOCIALISING

with Cestria & Fabrick • Undertaken an audit of land holdings, reviewing how spaces are currently USED and managed • Proposal of how spaces may be used; including activity parks, natural play, pop up environments, woodland, allotments and habitat, and economic valuation of these • Proposals for rationalising maintenance, new techniques to save costs and promote biodiversity

Property and Assets with Derwentside Homes Through our Green Teams (grounds maintenance specialists, supported by apprentices and trainees) • We undertake improvements and maintenance of the land around the Head Quarters • We undertake a programme of small scale soft landscaping in and around the HQ
