Jim Gitney is the CEO of Group50 Consulting. He and his team are global manufacturing strategy and supply chain subject matter experts. Group50 specializes in working with middle market companies with complex supply chains. Prior to starting Group50 in 2004, Jim held senior level operational positions in GE, Black & Decker and Sunbeam. He has a BSME and an MBA in strategy and finance.

Bruce Imel is the Managing Partner of Flow Consulting, a management consulting firm committed to Transforming Organizations through Performance Improvement. Bruce previously lead a multi-national IT & supply chain consulting practice and has ran a global supply chain network. For over 20 years Bruce has worked with clients to create efficient and responsive supply chains through improved strategies, processes, and technology deployments. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineer with Honors from the University of Florida.


David Millington, SPSM3™, NPDP is NLPA's Director of Education. A Certified Strategic Planning Professional, he brings over 18+ years experience in the Strategy Execution , Product / Service Development,Organizational and Supply Chain Excellence Arenas. He is a Certified Supply Chain Professional, Certified New Product Development Professional, Certified Strategic Planning Professional, and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds a master’s degree in Quality Systems Management, from The National Graduate School of Quality Management.

OUR MODERATOR Ron Crabtree has over 30 years’ experience in organizational & business innovation and transformation and along the way, more than 20 years in procurement and supply chain. He is an internationally recognized expert in cutting-e dge business process improvement methodologies. Ron is a Master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, having helped train and certify thousands of Lean Six Sigma and Six Sigma belts and driving hundreds of $millions in value for clients. He is the author / co-author of 5 books on Operational Excellence.
