Cancellation and Guest Count Policy: A final guest count must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Large parties that decrease their party size within 24 hours will be charged a minimum of the per person cost based on the confirmed guest count noted on the Confirmation Form. If we do not receive a final guaranteed guest count, the final bill will be calculated according to the number of guests as indicated on the confirmation form. Additional guests will be charged the per person cost. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to reservation time. Cancellations not made within this time frame will be subject to a charge of 50% of the per person total based on the reserved guest count. Reservations that are more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a delay in seating. Reservations with late guest arrivals are still subject to the mandatory start time that is confirmed on the contract in order to maintain our sequence of service in a timely fashion.
