· 300 g natural potatoes · 1 tbsp olive oil · 1 tbsp salt · 1 tbsp pepper
· 1 tbsp onion powder · 1 tbsp dried parsley · 1 tbsp paprika · 1 tbsp curcuma
Instructions: · Choose some natural potatoes. (The idea is to grab some potatoes that are not very wet so that they will not get watery later). · Peel and cut the potatoes: try to cut the potatoes to the same thickness for complete and uniform cooking. · Soak the potatoes in cold water: this will help us to remove the excess starch in them so that they do not stick together and do not turn brown when frying due to oxidation. · Pour the cut potatoes into a container: add all the ingredients, the olive oil, and mix. (The oils tablespoon helps seasonings stick to potatoes.) · Transfer the potatoes to the Airfryer container. Set the temperature at 400F / 200C for 16 to 20 minutes. (Check at 10 min. To see if it is necessary to lower the temperature or move the fries). · At the end of the cooking, the homemade fries will be ready to eat and watch out that you don't burn.
