CORPORATE HQ ,AURANGABAD Design Brief Business Groups are an important part of a nation’s economy and a major contributor to the GDP of the country. The industrial scenario of many developing economies is identified by various business groups. They have been an essential part of the economy ever since the emergence of the industrial activity in the latter half of the nineteenth century. The Indian education industry is poised for growth. This sector is changing rapidly with more private players entering the field. The government is also taking many measures to improve the quality of education in India. Fifty percent of India's population is the youth. Education, like every other sector supporting the backbone of economy, has become an indispensable part of the growing financial system. A significant improvement can be seen in the education facilities throughout the country, particularly in Tier-II and Tier-III cities owing to setting up of new ‘world schools’ which have excellent infrastructure and focus on overall development of students. Also, because of the initiatives of the government, more students are enrolling themselves for higher education. This means that more colleges are needed to cater to these students Professional education is expanding. Many foreign institutes are making their presence felt in India. Technology-oriented and new courses are gaining in popularity due to the rising demand in various sectors & industries. Thus, education industry offers multiple benefits and is becoming a favorable area for investment. A leading Education group from Aurangabad having various educational institutions under its fold; ranging from international primary schools to engineering, medical and architecture colleges has identified a parcel of land for constructing a complex for corporate head office. Congratulations, you have been assigned to deliver a bespoke iconic design for the group. The corporate office complex should inculcate the group’s ideology and should be an extension of it’s the brand image. The proposed design has to be contemporary, universally accessible, efficient, smart, energy conscious & should be environment friendly incorporating green technologies.

CONCEPT AND DESIGN APPROACH AS PER STE CONDITION THE BUILDING SHOULD DESIGN IN SUCH AWAY THAT THE SHOULD HAVE PROPER CROSS VENTILATION BY JAIL WORK WHICH CREATE VENTURI WHICH COOL DOWN THE HOT AIR ,AND RESIVE GOOD AMPLE OF SUNLIGHT FOR GREEN BUILDING ,COURTYARD ARE PLACED IN CENTRE FOR VENTILATION AND SUNLIGHT ,THAT SPACE CAN BE USED AS BREAK FOR END USER FOR QUICK RELIEF AND DESIGN ALSO SHOW THE HIERARCHY FOR DIFFERENT END USER.

CONCEPT AND DESIGN APPROACH Each one of us has the place which brings back good memories, is the symbol of comfort and wellness, revokes memories related to music, objects, colors, people, and food. This place is called home. It is kept in our memories as an ideal one, even if it is not so perfect. Home serves as a kind of fortress to us, our freedom and deeds. The word home is a many faceted word that combines different concepts. Home is culture, religion, the place where you Ilve, friends, relatives, neighbors, cuisine, personal objects and environment. Home is the place where you feel secure and free also be in the sale of wellness and physical well-being. It is often associated with parents, siblings, warmth and comfort. In this way, Home may express different aspects of our life. It is the place directly connected with our biography, as here we had physical and special representation .In addition, it is the place where you live, the built form, its design inside and outside. It is the place where we keep our belongings, unwind, receive guests, spend leisure, eat, drink worship, etc. All house members enjoy fair freedom of actions. Such a house may have a link to past at the same time being a door to the future. In such a house you feel comfortable: you come back to the house willingly and with great desire .It is often associated with physical state in which we feel mentally relaxed.A family has recently acquired a plot in Kharghar, Navi Mumbal. The plot enjoys serene Views of the Kharghar golf course from its East side. They have decided to develop a bungalow by considering architectural designs specially offered by first year students at architecture. They want a right mix of creative Imagination and logic, Integration of built & un- built spaces.
