TOWN: THARWA SETTING: 32 acres of Australian bush on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River just 30 minutes from Parliament House in Canberra. ACCESSIBILITY: Accessible areas include; dining and toilets. Accommodation and shower facilities less accessible. ACCOMMODATION: 144 beds in dorm rooms. 6 self contained cabins sleep up to 144 people in total. Each cabin has four bedrooms, sleeping up to 6 people per bedroom with up to 24 per cabin. Each bedroom has ensuite shower and toilet and each cabin has common living area with kitchenette. Linen supplied on request. MINIMUM GROUP SIZE: None. Small groups by arrangement for shared use.
