The Power of Partnerships
Our cherished community partners help Girl Scouts in more ways than we can count. Between sharing their expertise, providing new resources, and reaching their communities—our partners step up for Girl Scouts. With the help of partners, we give our girls more opportunities from professionals in their field. From program activities, to cookies, to community service, Girl Scouts experience the full Girl Scout Leadership Experience with the help of community partners.
Community Partner Spotlights

We are elated to be joining them for a Girl Scout Day this fall. Springfield Cardinals. A long-time partner with Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland and we are continuing the tradition with a Girl Scout Day at the park on September 2! Diventures—Springfield and Columbia. Located in two locations within GSMH, we have some great programs scheduled with them and are excited for more to come! Big Surf—Lake of the Ozarks. A staple in the Lake of the Ozarks community for many years and we were thrilled to host a Girl Scout Day with them this summer and are already looking forward to more fun in the sun next season. Wonders of Wildlife—Springfield. With the Best Aquarium in America and a commitment to teaching conservation, we are proud to continue partnering with Wonders of Wildlife. Phenom—2023 Girl Scout Convention
56th National Council Session
2023 Phenom by Girl Scouts is the girl-focused part of the convention. Join us for a national gathering of changemakers from across the country and our global Movement. Get ready to spark new ideas, make friends, have fun, and create something incredible.
This event is open to all, including Girl Scout members, non-members, alums, and families. GSUSA will be sharing more information about the specifics of the event as we have them, but there will be activities and demos in the Expo Hall, special guests, live performances, and much more.
56th National Council Session is the business meeting, during which delegates representing members from throughout the Girl Scout Movement gather to discuss the important business of the organization and chart a course for its future.
Starting in 1915 and every few years since then, delegates from every council across the nation and USA Girl Scouts Overseas have met to discuss, debate, and vote on issues important to the Girl Scout Movement and elect national leaders for the next triennium.
