Activity Registration Information
Use this guide to… READ… about the Girl Scout Leadership Experience and changes this year. REGISTER… individually or as a troop - check our Activity Calendar online for more info, then register.
At Girl Scouts, the health, safety, and well-being of our members and the member experience remain top priorities. Our events this year will be planned based on current health and safety protocols as guided by the Governor’s office, CDC and other health agencies. Because this is constantly evolving, our events will be added to our Activity Calendar as they are finalized, rather than including them all in our Activity Guide as usual. We thank you for your patience during this time! While we love seeing our Girl Scouts in person, many of our events at the beginning of the year will take place on a virtual platform. We will make changes throughout the year as the situation evolves. Registering Online for Activities
My GS
Welcome to the online Girl Scout member community! MyGS is your digital one-stop shop for all things related to your Girl Scout experience. There are two main sections of MyGS: Member Profile and Volunteer Toolkit. Member profile is accessible to all current members and is where you can renew memberships, update contact information, and view members of your household. The Volunteer Toolkit is accessible for girls/guardians and troop leaders and is where the troop can plan their program year, track badges and accomplishments, and submit troop financial information. To log into MyGS, visit www.nccoastalpines.org and click MyGS in the main
menu bar.
Click Activities on the website homepage to view activities in a list or calendar format. Use the advanced search to filter for specific activities. You can also login to MyGS and register under the Activities tab. Click the name of the activity (on the website or in MyGS) and select Register Now to begin the online registration process. Follow the online prompts to pay and complete your registration.
Updating Your Address Don’t miss out on important communications from GS-NCCP, supplies in the mail, and so much more! Please update your address in My GS.
Log in to your My GS account: go to www.nccoastalpines.org and select MyGS from the right side of the menu bar. Your username is the email address that we have on file for you.
On the next page, select the Member Profile portal (not the Volunteer Toolkit or gsLearn).
In your Member Profile, select Family Profile from the menu across the top.
Select the Edit button next to each person’s name that needs any changes. Making a change for one doesn’t make the change for everyone.
If the date of birth, grade, or gender are incorrect for anyone, email the Help Desk for assistance. You will not be able to change these fields in your My GS account.
