Save Money Next Year By Ariel Alston, GA Academic Initiatives Are you in need of a scholarship?! Well you’re in luck because now is the time to apply for scholarships and FASFA for the 2019-2020 year. To apply for scholarships: ● ●

Step 1: Log in to your MyGeorgiaSouthern page and click on the “MyScholarships” selection Step 2: Complete the “General Application”. The general application is for ALL students: incoming, current undergraduate, and graduate. Once the questions are answered click “Finish and Submit” for the general application. You will then be directed to “Conditional Applications” based off your student data. ○ Then complete the conditional application(s) that is appropriate for you. Step 3: After the “Conditional Application” is completed click “Finish and Submit” at the bottom right corner of the page. You will automatically be put into any scholarships that you qualify for. Step 4: Based off the “General and Condition Applications” there may be more specific recommended scholarship opportunities available to you. These would require additional information from applicants, and can be found under the opportunities tab on the applications page of MyScholarships. Step 5: Once the application for the specific recommended scholarship opportunities are complete click “Finish and Submit” at the bottom right-hand corner of the page.
