ABOUT US
gt_2P parametric design and digital fabrication studio, creates “DNA� to generate families of product, which allows the development from furniture to building. Innovations in design methodologies and digital crafting, as well as process integration and mass customization of projects, have been achieved by these young entrepreneurs with the help of computer aided design knowledge, facilitating the ongoing research on materials, processes and new designs. The Studio emerged from the compatible interests among the associates about productive process of architecture and design, and the possibility to generate them by digital media. Under the concept of developing “standard methodologies for nonstandard solutions, gt_2P has succeeded in customize each product sold. This process focus on fabrication becomes more efficient and optimized because the productive knowledge can be systematize throughout generative algorithms. Basically gt_2P is:

The design concept is based on the creation of DNA. Every object produced is a “member� of an entire family of products. Generative algorithms and the use of digital media support the fabrication of digital crafting succeeded in customize each product sold.

ART
The art experience has been achieved from the knowledge of architecture, together with the observation of natural features of the location and their emulation using digital media. This has been shown in artistic interventions presented in art competitions for public buildings.
