April 16 NAR - CIPS Institute: Global Real Estate: Transaction Tools - 7 CE 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. Students will learn how to measure investment performance, prepare financial projections, and understand the effects of taxes and exchange rates on investment. April 2020

April 17 NAR - CIPS Institute (The Americas & International Real Estate) - 7 CE 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. The Americas & International Real Estate course offers students practical information on working with clients from the Caribbean, North, Central, and South American.

April 20 NAR - CIPS Institute (Europe & International Real Estate) - 7 CE 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. The Europe & International Real Estate course provides students with insight in regards to working with clients in Western and Central Europe.

April 21 NAR - CIPS Institute (Asia/Pacific & International Real Estate) - 7 CE (THE GODFREY) 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. The Asia/Pacific and International Real Estate course addresses real estate practices in Asia and the Pacific with emphasis on cultural influences, economic trends and assessment of investment opportunities.

April 28 GRI 103 - Maximize Your Profitability 8:30 A.M - 6:30 P.M. A two-day course that covers finance, negotiating and counseling, and law.

May 5 - 6 GRI 101 - REALTORS: Professionalism and the Law 8:30 A.M - 6:30 P.M. A two-day course that covers professional standards, fair housing and diversity, and law.

May 6 Commercial Pitch/Deal Room 12:30 - 1:30 P.M. Commercial Pitch/Deal Room is great way to "pitch" your commercial listings to other agents and match your sellers and buyers needs while building rapport and creating success. May 7 iCE: If You Can't List You Can't Last (ZEPHYRHILLS) 1 - 4 P.M. This course provides practical listing techniques to help you get more listings and become a “Listing Specialist”. May 13 Efficiently Working with Buyers - 3 CE 1:30 - 4:30 P.M. This course specifically addresses how to find potential buyer customers and help them in the most efficient way possible, leading to satisfied buyers and profitable licensees.

May 14 Roadmap to a Successful Closing - 3 CE 9:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. This course will help real estate professionals understand the importance of knowing who is responsible for the various parts of the closing, how to overcome the problems that may be encountered, and getting to the closing table and ensuring that the REALTORS® fees are received without obstacles or road blocks! Working With the Senior Citizen - 3 CE 1:30 - 4:30 P.M. The objective of this course is to help REALTORS® better understand the mindset of senior citizens as it relates to real estate and real estate finance.

May 15 How to Avoid Getting Sued - 3 CE 9:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. You will learn the most common types of claims and ways to avoid getting sued. May 15 - 21 NAR Designation Classes- CIPS Institute 5-Day Bundle (Zoom Live-Stream) 8:30 A.M. - 5 P.M. The CIPS course curriculum offers you hands-on experience with international real estate transactions, as well as five full days of study focusing on the critical aspects of transnational transactions. May 19 How to Market Like a RockStar on a Roadie's Budget - 3CE 8:30 A.M. - 5 P.M. This session will explore how consumers are changing and what marketing techniques & tools you can implement for little or no cost and that require little technical skill or knowledge. Run a Successful Real Estate Website and Dominate the Search Engines - 3 CE 1:30 - 4:30 P.M. In this session, you will learn all the keys to running a successful realty website including what kind of content & tools it needs to have, design factors, how to set it up for good user-ability, stickiness & lead capture, how to promote and drive traffic & have good search engine optimization. May 20 How to Do a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) - 3CE 9:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. The class will also involve practicing the different parts of doing a CMA like choosing comparable properties, making adjustments, and reconciling adjusted properties. Introduction to New Construction - 3CE 1:30 - 4:30 P.M. The course is designed to give you a comprehensive overview of new construction sales and the opportunities that are available to Florida licensees.

May 21 NAR Certification - Military Relocation Professional - 6 CE 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. This certification focuses on educating real estate professionals about working with current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support.
