Strawberry Trifle

•1 loaf pound cake, or ½ large (bundt) pound cake •32 ounces strawberries •1 16-ounce package non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

1. Cut or break cake into bite-size cubes. Place half of the cake cubes into the bottom of a trifle bowl.

2. Slice tops off strawberries and cut in half. Place half of the strawberries over the cake.

3. Spread half of the whipped topping over strawberries.

4. Repeat layers and refrigerate for one hour before serving.
