The suites are equipped with 16 ft. wide x 14 ft. high roll-up garage doors and laminated glass windows which are both Florida Building Code compliant for hurricane wind pressures and large-missile impact for wind-borne debris. The buildings are constructed with concrete block exterior and interior walls with a steel Purlin roof system. Individual suites are shell spaces set up for a complete interior customization by the owner and contain standard utilities such as a plumbed toilet room, HVAC system with an air-handler closet, hose-bib for water connection, and structural provisions for a mezzanine and car lift racks.
REDLINE Auto Suites offers an exclusive Club Room amenity which spans the entire auto court below inspired by a motor speedway grandstand club suite. This private space is appointed with a large lounge setting, wet bar, poker and pool table game room, kitchen for private or catering use, and restrooms.
