WHERE TO HUNT (PUBLIC LAND)

Baldwin County is home to three Wildlife Management Areas:

THE MOBILE-TENSAW DELTA WMA: 51,040 acres where hunters can find waterfowl, big and small game. Baldwin County, north of Interstate 10 near Gateswood.

UPPER DELTA: 42,451 acres of waterfowl, big and small game hunting. Located in north Baldwin County near Stockton.

HUNTING SAFETY COURSE

People born on or after Aug. 1, 1977, must complete an approved hunter education program (either a traditional course with a written test or an internet-based course followed by a field day to test hunter safety skills) before being eligible to hunt. Visit OutdoorAlabama.com for more information.
