Celebrating 42 years of excellence and Australian innovation Since Riviera’s inception in 1980, a culture of excellence has flourished, with innovation at the heart of everything the company does. Now, with 42 years and the experience of building more than 5800 luxury motor yachts behind the team, this approach continues. New models offer a choice of 24 individual motor yachts from 39-78ft in length across five distinct model collections. With the latest boatbuilding techniques embraced and highest performing materials used, Riviera delivers a world class motor yacht experience for its owners. And the drive for continuous refinement and innovation is seen throughout the Riviera team, where the attention to detail and the culture of excellence is evident.

Gurit has been supplying Riviera with core materials for its full range of boats for over 15 years. In the early days, it was in the form of core kits as Riviera drove for improved efficiency in its composite department. Quickly seeing the advantages of time saving, reduced waste, and consistently accurate shapes, the Riviera team drew on Gurit’s expertise to help them develop this approach in-house. Riviera now uses state-ofthe-art digital kitting to precisely cut all fibreglass and structural foams used in the lamination process. Gurit continues to supply structural core materials which provide reassurance of strength, impact resistance and durability to every Riviera luxury motor yacht. “We have a long-standing partnership with Gurit,” says Kyle Davison of Riviera. “Continuity of supply and reliability of product performance are key aspects in creating the calibre of motor yacht that has earned Riviera global acclaim. And our partnership with Gurit helps ensure we maintain our international reputation.” Riviera is a name synonymous around the world not only with luxury motor yachts but a unique lifestyle. When you buy a Riviera, you join a unique community of people who enjoy each other’s company, share adventures, and become part of the global Riviera family. This is encapsulated in the annual Riviera Festival of Boating, which this year was held alongside the Sanctuary International Cove Boat Show and saw the premiere of the 78 Motor Yacht, the new Riviera flagship model, the 4600 Sport Yacht Platinum Edition and 465 SUV, alongside boating seminars, on-water workshops, and several signature social events.
