The Seven88 West Midtown located at 980 Howell Mill Rd Suite A, Atlanta, GA 30318, was carefully constructed and designed by Goode Van Slyke Architecture, Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart, and Crosby Design Group. It was developed by McKinley Homes. Its frame is constructed of concrete, designed to ensure its durability. However, the exterior displays a glass envelope that offers a breathtaking view of the Atlanta skyline. Georgia Tech is located to the south, Midtown to the east, and Buckhead faces north. The doubleglazed glass exterior is designed to be energy efficient while providing homes with adequate insulation. In fact, the Seven88 is the tallest building of its kind located in West Midtown. It features a total of 20 floors and 279 luxurious condominium residences that display multiple floorplans, including studios and plans with 1- 3 bedrooms.
