Deep Sleeps

As a Pastor I have seen many things take place in the service. Some have nodded & dozed off. Some sleep in church. Embarrassing and humorous. In Genesis we see the first deep sleep. God did this to Adam so He could create a helpmeet for him. This heavenly first anesthetic was used to bring forth not another man, but a WOMAN just fit for the man, not to hinder him, but to be a helper through life. The differences in gender were decided by God, not ourselves. We’re reminded of the goodness and wisdom of our Creator. He desires to meet your need. He wants you to be a satisfied believer in Christ His Son. Don’t try to change God, accept His Grace.
