Vincent has 30 years’ experience. His grandfather started an exterior roo ng business in Bu alo, NY and as a kid he watched his father and grandfather work hard on residential homes and he wanted the same relationship with his father as he saw in their relationship. As a teen, Vincent worked with his father and learned to master various repair techniques. Vincent would go on jobs and talk with customers, learning the sales portion of the industry; he loves to educate customers about their homes and di erent approaches to resolve issues or to update the homes. Vincent continuously educates himself with new industry techniques to ensure his work’s best practices. Vincent says, “I genuinely like what I do. I like making people happy while xing problems or adding updates to a home to keep up with current trends and make your property pleasing to the eye.” He says some jobs are more like problem solving, such as nding and xing a leak, and there is a sense of satisfaction in being able to help stop the leak, especially when someone else couldn't nd it.
