Hamlin Public Library, Monroe County Library System: The Hamlin Public Library is open for browsing and borrowing of materials Monday and Wednesday from 10am6pm; Tuesday and Thursday from 10am-8pm; Friday from 10am-4pm; Saturdays from 10am-2pm. The Library is closed July 3-5. Curbside pickup is still available by appointment. Sign-ups for our Summer Reading Programs are open. Registration is required for all programs. All ages may record reading minutes/ books and enter to win weekly prizes. Weekly take-and-make crafts are available for all ages. Preschool storytimes are OUTSIDE on Mondays at 10:30. Bring a blanket to maintain social distancing. “Cooking with Andrea” will be posted on Facebook on Tuesday, July 13. The Seneca Park Zoo will be at the library on Thursday, July 15 at 10:30 to lead a nature walk and talk about cicadas. Holland Land Office Museum Concert: Steve Kruppner “Americana Music” - Join us Wednesday, July 21st, 7pm-9pm as the Holland Land Office Museum welcomes local musician Steve Kruppner as he plays an outdoor concert at the museum. The concert will feature various genres of songs that can be summed up as “Americana”. The concert will be outdoors weather permitting. If you would like to bring your own chair you are welcome, but seating will be provided. In case of inclement weather, the concert will be held inside. Admission is $5 or $4 for museum members.
