A huge shout out and a big thank you to the Village of Avon and the Avon Village crew who did an awesome job in upgrading the Avon Driving Park. The new sidewalks and the well-manicured grounds are beautiful. Everything prepared a warm welcome to the 2nd annual Avon Driving Park Pleasure Show sponsored by the Western NY Combined Carriage Association. Thank you!

Big Thank You

To the DOT, Contractor and crews that repaved Dansville Streets. They did a very good job under difficult conditions of traffic and weather with very little interference to the business on main street.

Unbelievable amount of wasted time

If my neighbors dedicated as much time to eradicating cancer and other critical issues facing this country as they do their landscaping, these problems would be an issue of the past without a doubt. Cutting your grass 4-5 times a week? Are you kidding me? It’s proven these pesticides being used on your yards cause cancer, not to mention it’s gas exhaust going into the atmosphere. I told my wife to leave me if I spent this much of my time on green grass. Weeds in my yard!? Blasphemy! Would rather live my life and enjoy my family. Call me crazy.

Wrongfully Accused

To the lady in front of me in the white SUV at the [fast food restaurant] drive thru Saturday 7/22 at 7:00am that yelled at me “it’s inconsiderate to smoke in the drive thru” and complain about me to staff at the pick up window and then speed off like lightening, I’ve got news for you-I DON’T SMOKE! I was just getting a coffee before going to work and that made for a rough start for what was going to be a hard day. You really should be ashamed of yourself.
