GENERAL REGULATIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE EXHIBITION OF LIVESTOCK

GENERAL

1. – By-Laws. The Society’s By-Laws, and Regulations, any conditions in the Prize List or any other rules, regulations, conditions or schedules in any document published by the Society shall be binding on all members and exhibitors. 2. – Local Boundary. Exhibitors eligible for a Honiton and District local award must be residents or bona fide occupiers of land within the local Boundary of the Devon-Dorset-Somerset County Boundary to where it crosses the M5 Motorway. South on the M5 to junction 27. West along the Tiverton M5 Link Road, South down the River Exe to the Exe Estuary. When any exhibit is the property of more than one person each owner must be qualified in the Local Boundary. (By-Law Clause 3) 3. – Certificate of Entry. A certificate of entry is enclosed with this schedule. Certificates must be correctly completed, signed by the Exhibitors and sent to the Secretary together with the amount of all fees on or before the day stated. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. 4. – Animal Health Declaration. A declaration relating to the Health of animals being shown is incorporated in the Entry Form.
