The Green Canopy To walk under a canopy Of vibrant green leaves With the rays of the sun Stretching all the way down To the luscious blades of grass Tiny Particles and bugs Float in the spotlight As a chorus of robins you cannot see Sinf to each other in twittering melodies And a soft cool breeze Rustles the heads of the trees Then everyone is dancing And the last remaining petals Pirouette to the earth like pink snow To rest sestled between The thin green bodies Of the spectators below
