ALL EXHIBITORS ARE REQUESTED TO READ THE ASSOCIATIONS RULES CONTAINED IN THIS SCHEDULE.
N.B. HEALTH & SAFETY The Organisers of this Show have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers, Officials and Stewards.
There will be NO Declaration Office at this Show. It is up to the Exhibitors to arrive at the appropriate ring in time for Judging.

EXHIBITOR NUMBERS, PASSES AND INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SENT AT LEAST 2 WEEKS BEFORE SHOW DATE. PLEASE CONTACT THE SHOW SECRETARY IMMEDIATELY IF YOURS DO NOT ARRIVE. WE CANNOT DEAL WITH MISSING PASSES DURING SHOW WEEK.
ALL EXHIBITORS ARE REQUESTED TO READ THE ASSOCIATIONS RULES ESPECIALLY RULE 20.
All livestock are to be accompanied with the appropriate movement forms, passports and all vehicles and trailers are to be clean or this may result in exhibitors being turned away at the gate.
HORSES: ALL PRIZEWINNERS (First, second and third) MUST parade in the Horse Grand Parade (otherwise prize money will be withheld), in the Main Ring on completion of all horse classes, excluding jumping during the afternoon. Prize money may not be collected until after the parade.
CATTLE and SHEEP: ALL PRIZEWINNERS must parade in the Grand Parade
All Trophies to be engraved at winners expense and returned to the Secretaries by end April 2024.
Cups and trophies may only be collected from the secretaries tent in the Showground after each of the prize winning parades.
NO STOCK MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE SHOWGROUND UNTILAFTER THE GRAND PARADE AND NO VEHICLE MOVEMENTS TO FACILITATE LOADING INCLUDING RE-ENTRY TO THE SHOW GROUND UNTILAFTER THE GRAND PARADE HAS FINISHED WILL BE ALLOWED. THIS TO PROTECT THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF ALL PERSONS ATTENDING THE SHOW.
Equine Influenza
Horses must have been vaccinated to comply with the requirements of the primary course (1st vaccination and then 2nd vaccination between 21 – 92 days later), followed by the first booster (150 – 215 days) and all subsequent boosters. Horses may compete having received the primary course and prior to the first booster but not within 7 days of receiving a vaccine dose.
Horses must have been vaccinated within 6 months before the show but not less than 7 days of arriving at the show.
FOALS: In-foal mares that have already had vaccinations of primary Equine Influenza course should be vaccinated 4-6 weeks before the foal is due to be born.
Foals should be vaccinated for Equine Influenza at 6 months to commence their primary course.
We urge all owners to adhere to strict biosecurity protocols at all times. Vaccinations are subject to local risk assessments by the attending veterinarians.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NEITHER VACCINATION CERTIFICATES NOR PASSPORTS SHOULD BE SENT TO THE SHOW OFFICE PRIOR TO THE EVENT. HOWEVER, RANDOM CHECKS WILL BE CARRIED OUT ON THE SHOWGROUND DURING THE SHOW.
