ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Membership is an expression of interest in and support for the aims and objectives of the Burwarton & District Agricultural Society. Membership includes the right to attend, take part in and vote at the Annual General Meeting. Members are admitted free of charge to the annual Show and to the Members’ Dining Pavilion, Grandstand and Bar on production of their valid Membership card.
The Society will make NO refund of Membership subscriptions in the event of a Show being cancelled for whatever reason.
Society membership includes:
• Personalised renewable Membership card
• Forward car park pass
• Free entry to the Showground
• Access to the Members’ Pavilion and Bar
• Covered Grandstand seating offering prime Main Ring viewing
• After-show entertainment in the Members’ Pavilion
• Members’ premium toilet facilities
• Attendance at the Annual AGM
NOTE: Members Guest badges will NOT be available on Show Day

DISABLED MEMBERS: If a Disabled Member needs assistance, the carer will also need their own Membership
PARKING: Limited Showground parking will be available for registered disabled members, provided prior application is indicated on the application form. A covered viewing area is provided adjacent to the Main Ring.
MOBILITY SCOOTERS: A limited number of mobility scooters are available for hire. Please make your reservation online at www.eventmobility.org.uk or contact Event Mobility on 01386 725391.
Note: the mobility scooters have to be collected from Gate 2 – the entrance to the Disabled parking area.

Members who paid their Society subscription by Direct Debit in 2024 are NOT required to complete a new Mandate but are requested to complete Member details and advise any changes to their membership category if appropriate (e.g. bank details, change in junior/child numbers).
Any new Member wishing to pay by Direct Debit for their 2025 Membership is requested to complete this order form AND the enclosed Direct Debit mandate and return it to the Show Office by 31 March. Membership subscriptions will be collected from your bank account on 20 May each year.
