Don’t be Known as the ‘Noisy neighbor’ If you are having a party or get-together, please remember that you are sharing walls with other people. We suggest that you notify neighbors ahead of time. If a neighbor asks you to turn the noise level down, we suggest that you comply. Please do not give them a reason to make a second request. With a little consideration...we can all live together peacefully.

The Nose Knows We’ve detected a problem… of the “pooper scooper” kind around the property. As a courtesy to your neighbors, we ask that you always pick up after your pet and deposit bags in the proper waste receptacles or dumpsters. Thanks for helping us to clear the air… and the community… of this problem.

Neat and Clean Our Maintenance Personnel are not trash collectors. Picking up litter takes them away from responding to your service requests. Please properly dispose of your cigarette butts, gum wrappers, etc. If you notice a piece of litter on property, take a moment to pick it up. With just a little effort we all can make Property Name a better place to call

home.

In an effort to give back to our community KW Property Management, LLC is joining Florida Fragile X Families Foundation on November 14th, 2009 in raising money for Fragile X. The founders of Florida Fragile X Families Foundation: Rosie Perez and Michele Kaplan will be holding the 2nd Annual 5K Walk-A-Thon (Walk on the Wild Side 2) a special event in support of the children affected by Fragile X Syndrome. This special event will be held on November 14, 2009 at the Miami Metro Zoo to support Fragile X Syndrome. Registration starts at 7:30am. Please see Scott MacMaster for information on how you can donate or register as a walker.

Friendly Reminders -Dog Lovers, please pick up after your pets. Pet waste can transmit disease and nobody likes to get sick. Do your part as a responsible pet owner and remember the Association provides free doggie bags near the back entrance loading zone. Thanks! -As a common courtesy, please do not throw trash down the chute after 10pm and before 6am. You may bring your trash to the garbage room located on the first floor.

Neighborhood Recipe Taco Salad Dip: provided by Scott MacMaster Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef, 1 bag of Doritos, 1 bag of shredded lettuce, taco seasoning, 2 diced tomatoes, 1 bottle of Catalina dressing, 1 bag of shredded cheese. Thanksgiving Safety Tips Never thaw a turkey at room temperature because this promotes the growth of dangerous bacteria. The safest way to thaw a turkey is to thaw it in the refrigerator. You should do this with the turkey still in its’ own unopened wrapper breast facing up and placed on a tray. The accepted rule of thumb for time is 1 day refrigerator thawing for every four pounds of turkey. Start holiday cooking with a clean stove and oven. Keep the kitchen off-limits to young children and adults that are not helping with food preparations to lessen the possibility of kitchen mishaps. When cooking, do not wear clothing with loose sleeves or dangling jewelry. The clothing can catch on fire and the jewelry can catch on pot handles, causing spills and burns. Cook on the back burners when possible and turn pot handles in so they don’t extend over the edge of the stove. Never leave cooking unattended. If you must leave the kitchen while cooking, turn off the stove or have someone else watch what is being cooked. Candles are often part of holiday decorations. Candles should never be left burning when you are away from home, or after going to bed. Candles should be located where children will not be tempted to play with them, and where guests will not accidentally brush against them. The candle holder should be completely noncombustible and difficult to knock over. The candle should not have combustible decorations around it.

Cook the beef with taco seasoning. Crush Doritos. Mix everything together in large bowl. Serve with Tostitos chips.

Miami Restaurants Serving Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner: Café Sambal * $50 per couple Cayon Ranch Grill (Organic) * $55 per meal Il Mulino * $40 per meal Balans * $25 per meal
