Within a span of 19 years we have travelled from being a small time entrepreneur to an organization which has received awards from GJEPC (Gems and Jewelry Export Promotion Council) continuously for the last 8 years. Management Profile Mr. Savji Dholakia – founder of the group and looks after the rough buying and overall administration of the Group. Mr. Ghanshyam Dholakia looks after the overall sales and marketing activities for Diamond and Diamond Jewellery. Mr. Tulsi Dholakia - is in charge of processing diamonds from rough to polish. Research & Development
We use the latest CAD and CAM Technology. We add about 300 designs a month. We have a pool of talented merchandisers and designer . Constant research on US & Europe market. We use Liquid Rubber Mould for better product finish quality. Metal mould technology is used to reduce the gold weight.

Social Responsibility Established in 1996, the Hari Krishna Charitable Trust takes keen interest in the welfare of the employees and needy people. Organised “Yoga Camp” for 10,000 people at our factory ground. Organised “Haridwar Yatra” for parents of all the employee. Conducts training program in customer care, positive attitude, technical skills as also the motivation and self – development programs. Organize spiritual activity through ‘Vipassana Meditation’. Provides technical aid for water conservation in the dry villages of Saurashtra Gujarat . Organizes literacy drive in association with the Gujarat State Education Department. Organize blood donation and medical camps regularly. Conducted Thalassemia camp for all the staff members. We have open ‘HARI KRISHNA GROUP OF HOSPITAL’ which also started with the intention to give aid to needy people on a NO PROFIT NO LOSS basis.
