HOW TO USE • RADISH : Cut the radish into 10 cm lenghts. Attach the fine toothed blade and position the radish between the pipe blade and the blades. Turn the crank handle to produce finely sliced radish. To produce strands of a different size, make a cut into the heart of the radish. • THIN SLICES OF POTATO : First at all, cut off both ends of potato with kitchen knife, make it into fine strips of garnishings, wash well with running water, then dip them into boiling water and take out quickly, cut long garnishings with kitchen knife into desired lenghts and try them as salad. When cut with coarse toothed blade they will be fancy and the best potato chips. • THIN SLICES OF CARROT : Chop them into tiny pieces with kitchen knife and add to hamburgers, meat cooking etc...Also mix with garnishing strings made of horse radish, sliced onion etc.. • ONIONS : Remove the outer skin of the onion. remove the toothed blade from the machine. By using only the flat blade you will have finely sliced onion strands • SLICING OF WHOLE CABBAGE : Select a firm cabbage of about 13-17 cm in size and thrust the core to the nail of Turning slicer and press the cabbage to the pipe blade. Turn the crank handle clockwise. Remove toothed blade only . • CUCOMBER : Remove the toothed blade and you will have spiral slicing. Attach one of the three toothed blades and you will have thin, medium or coarse strands.
HOW TO CHANGE TOOTHED BLADES Each interchangeable toothed blades has “o” (mean pipe) and an arrow mark. Turn the edge of toothed blade facing you. Insert blade with the arrow mark pointing up, and secure the blade tightening screw. TO MAKE WITH PRECAUTION
