Habonim has extended its range to meet industrial demands for flow control systems that are accurate, flexible, cost efficient and maintenance friendly. Ball valves provide excellent performance, even in the harshest environments, and offer a compact lightweight design solution; characterized by step-less control of pressure and flow for fast response times, wide rangeability and bubble-tight shutoff for increased valve longevity even in the most demanding conditions. Critical features include high pressure drop capacity with straight-through flow, high Cv, and large exhaust capacity with added design features for ease of maintenance and zero backlash.

Vacuum
Habonim’s “V” Series Vacuum Service ball valves offer reliable and economical solutions for applications that require Vacuum Service valve operation. Standard Habonim ball valves can easily be converted for effective use in Vacuum Service applications down to 20 microns, and with specific preparation, can also perform in higher Vacuum Service applications, down to 10-6 mm of mercury (torr).
Oxygen
Habonim’s “O” Series Oxygen Service ball valves are suited for use with both liquid and gaseous oxygen.
Ammonia
Habonim’s Ammonia Service ball valves are ideally suited to provide optimal protection and functionality for use in severe Ammonia Service application.
Applications Fire safe
Anti Static Fire Safe valves are designed and tested to the requirements of API 607 4th Edition and to BS 6755 Part 2 specifications. In the event of fire, a secondary metallic machined fire lip on the end connector comes in contact with the ball and prevents leakage through the valve port.
Steam
Habonim special seats are suitable for handling steam and thermal fluid in the most severe conditions.
Desalination
Habonim is responding to the challenge of Water Desalination plant facilities by introducing a new line of Ball Valves 47P Series, made from the rich Molybdenum Stainless-Steel 254SMO® (UNS J93254) especially developed for use in corrosive environments.
