NEW STAFF An interview with Mr Whitworth What do you consider your favourite book or film? My favourite film is by far the Jungle Book. When I was younger my nickname at school was Mowgli. My favourite book is The Giraffe, the Pelly and Me by Roald Dahl. I love his vivid descriptions of his characters and the funny songs they sing when they are cleaning windows. What is your favourite West End musical? I have seen Wicked four times at the theatre and absolutely love it. When Elphaba sings the song ‘Defying Gravity’, I feel inspired! If you weren’t a teacher what job do you think you would have? If I wasn’t a teacher, I would love to be a tennis coach. It appeals to me being active and outside all the time. Plus, I would get paid to play my favourite sport. Who would play you in the movie of your life? I would want Zac Effron to play me in a movie of my life. I like how he can sing, act and dance. It would be a very lively movie to watch. You’ve just won a lottery jackpot of £15 million! What are you going to do with the money? I would buy an island in the Bahamas and call it Whitopia. I would then invite all my friends and family there for one massive party.
An interview with Mrs Langdon What do you consider your favourite book or film? Any Harry Potter film I think I’m a super fan. What is your favourite West End musical? Oh easy, Wicked is my favourite musical! The songs are incredible. If you weren’t a teacher what job do you think you would have? If I wasn’t a teacher, I would have liked to have been a doctor! Who would play you in the movie of your life? I think I’d have to say Jennifer Aniston, she’s one of my favourite actresses and I find her character Rachel, in Friends, hilarious! You’ve just won a lottery jackpot of £15 million! What are you going to do with the money? My initial thought would be to book a holiday and figure out how to spend the money while I’m on holiday! Then I’d share it with my family and friends, if they’re happy I’m happy! In one word, how would you describe your first year at Habs? It’s been such a fun year - if a little eventful. But the word I’d choose is WONDERFUL.
In one word, how would you describe your first year at Habs? AWESOME!
