Design approach: - Elements were taken from the Islamic architecture such as gardens and mashrabia. - The gardens were created to enhance the view of the rooms while the mashrabia were created to the filter the light and to shelter the room from the burning heat. - Regular grid is used in typical hotel bed room floors in order to create typical rooms and clear corridors for users 14

A.201 Villa - Residential Architecture Team 2018 Project Brief

A.201 villa is located in Al-Madinah, KSA, with an area of 456 sqm. My role was to design the whole villa starting from the early concept design stages to plans, elevations, ceiling design, MEP, and landscape. It is a villa for a family of 5 people with 4 bedrooms, dining room, and living room to gather with a nice private view to the outdoor.

J. Hall - Vacation house Architecture Team 2018 Project Brief

The J. Hall located in Almadinah,Ksa. The plans were done by my team then my mission came in designing the Exterior Elevations, landscape, and the interior design of the multi-purpose hall in this house. The client asked for a contemporary design with a touch of Islamic spirit, therefore using different materials as wood and granite stone with random cut to come up with the final design based on the client requirements.

Ground Floor plan

North Jed. Villa, located in Jeddah, KSA, with an area of 876.5 m2. Homeowner was on a tight budget of the villa on the right side, while the other side will be sold in the future. He asked for a simple design elevations and spaces. My task was focusing on designing plans, elevations, RCP and delivering the final package, including the MEP, and structural plans starting from early stages in the design process.

O. Building - Residential Architecture Team 2017 Project Brief

O. Apartment Building, located in Jeddah, Ksa, is an apartment building with an area of 908 m2. Strength point in the project was the garden view across the main elevation. The project owner was an investor that asked for a design that would attract young people to buy these apartments. These apartments can accommodate families of 4-5 persons. Supervision during the construction time was included in this project.

Yard Villa - Residential Architecture Team 2016 Project Brief

The yard duplex villa is located in Jeddah, Ksa, which has an area of 600 sqm. In this project my mission was to design the elevation and landscape according to the submitted plans with modern simple design. During building the project we were supervising contractor work though out the construction phases.

The White project is located in Jeddah, KSA. It is a Duplex villa with an area of 330 sqm per unit. The client asked to create series of spaces overlooking an inner court with a beautiful view of a swimming pool. The plans were simple and the spans were moderate to reduce the structural costs of the project. While designing this project, I took into consideration natural ventilation and daylight.

The Autumn villa, located in Jeddah, Ksa, with an area of 860 m2. This project is one property land, but the owner asked for a duplex for him and for his son. The father’s on the left side with a bigger built area. My task was to design plans from scratch along with the elevations that has some differences in order to create a harmony in the elevation’s outcome.

Sheikh Abdulla Mosque - Religious Building Architecture Team 2019 Project Brief

The mosque is located in Almadinah, Ksa. The plan is a simple rectangle free of columns to fulfill the design requirements. The use of framing structure allowed us to create this huge span. Only mechanical equipments were placed on the east side to free up the roof. Moreover, the facade is a combination of modernism and Islamic architecture. 3D Perspective
